Q.  Where do I pick up and drop off the rental car?

A.  Once booked, you will receive directions to the vehicles location in downtown Telluride.

Q. I need to be picked up from the Telluride Regional Airport, what is the process?

A. You have two options:

1. Use an on-site limo service such as Telluride Express, Telluride Mountian Limo or Palmyra Limo. Pricing for each shuttle is slightly different but close. They are usually $20-30 per person for a one way trip either to or from Telluride.

2. OR I can provide pickup and drop off service as an add-on via Turo for an additional $120 fee. The fee includes both pickup and drop off service. See pickup and return location when booking my vehicle to add this service.

Q. Do I need to clean the car prior to returning?

A. Yes, you will need to return it clean to ensure a cleaning fee does not apply.

Q. Do I have to sign a contract or meet you in person?

A. No, we offer contactless pickup. The booking platform will provide the necessary information prior to picking up the vehicle.

Q. Do I need to refuel before returning?

A. You are required to refuel to the same level the car was received.

Q. Can I have additional drivers?

A. Yes, you will need to ensure they are added within the booking process.

Q. Are their mileage limits?

A. Yes, these will be stated in the booking process.
